I first met lee in 2011, when he plastered our downstairs bathroom. I was so pleased with what hed done I had him back to do the upstairs bathroom. A tiler suggested Lee to us when I asked him if he could recommend a good plasterer, although he did warn us that as Lee was so good he was pretty busy and in demand. This did prove to be the case and we had to wait a few weeks for the work to be done but I cannot fault Lee in his communication with us right from the start.  He was prompt  in returning my initial enquiry and once he had set a date he stuck to it; contacting me the day before to confirm.
